Tagine cookware inspired light fixture with a ceramic cairn rock stack makes a unique pendant light for the kitchen. The conical illuminaire focuses a soft warm light downward. The stacking stones are hollow clay rocks stacked stranded by the cord. (All Bisque fired). Each fixture is an original and there will be variations in hand made clay fixture.

Cairns are stacks of rocks used for various purposes, most commonly to mark trails or graves or artistic expression and a form of meditation exploring balancing form & balance almost defying gravity. Historically, cairns have been used for navigation, marking sacred or important sites, and as memorials, while modern uses include marking trails and artistic expression.
