Simply slip it over the insulator and trim it out with the 3″ rubber rings. The ring is adjustable and can be positioned up or down on the insulator.
Metal Ring comes with a rusted metal lacquer finish. There is rustic variation.
The customer can paint this any color depending on accent accessory needs & color scheme.
